- Mid-Peak (April 26 – May 22)
- Peak (May 23 –June 13 & Aug 10– Labor Day)
- High Peak (June 14 - Aug 9)
- Mid-Peak (Sep 3 – Sep 30)
- Fall (Oct 1 –Oct 31)
- Fall Break (Oct11 – Oct 20)
- Off-Peak (Nov 1 – Jan 1)
- Thanksgiving (Nov 20 – Nov 30)
- Christmas (Dec 20 – Jan 1)
Other taxes and fees:
- A cleaning fee of $450 is added to all reservations to cover the cost of cleaning after your stay.
