16 is the ideal guest count and is based on the number of beds available in the home. Guest counts above this number require owner approval.
We do not allow pets.
For events exceeding the approved guest count, we allow events in the front yard areas only. We do charge an event venue fee of $500 to assist with additional clean up and lawn care needed post event and for asistance in faciliating any tent setup and break-down.
You will have the personal contact information for the caretakers of the home prior to your stay. The caretakers reside only a mile away and are there to help you with whatever you need.

Yes, every guest, regardless of age must be counted in your total guest count. The additional guest fee will be waived for babies under 2 years of age where a bed will not be used.
Yes, we provide two pack- and- plays and two high-chairs. If more are needed, please bring your own.
Yes! We are a lakefront property. There is a 1500ft walk through the woods to get to the dock or you may drive to a parking area and walk 300ft through the woods. We do provide a Bobcat 6 seat UTV for rent to aid in getting back and forth to the dock.
No. Amenities are for WRRE guests use only.
Yes, boat parking is limited to front yard grass area only.
We do not allow RV parking on White River Ranch Estate grounds, however if you are traveling cross country and staying in the home you may park the RV at our caretakers property close by for the duration of your stay.
We do have a pontoon boat you can reserve to use. Please contact us for more info.
Yes, K-Dock Marina is only 2 Minutes by water and 12 minutes by land. They open for the season on March 31st. Boat Rentals Open May 2023.
